Omar Gull is the Founder and CEO of Clédor and Managing Director of Mira Developments, based in Dubai. Over twenty years in real estate, he has led sales upwards of US$30 billion across markets in the Middle East, South Asia, Europe and North Africa, at the region's defining names: Emaar, Dubai Holding, DAMAC, and JLL.
At Emaar he served as Head of Sales and General Manager of Emaar Middle East, contributing to landmark developments across the region. At Dubai Holding he was Chief Sales Officer, leading sales across one of the city's largest portfolios.
In 2023 he founded Clédor to modernise how the Middle East develops and sells real estate: faster processes, real transparency, digital-first buying. In its first year Clédor secured AED 2.3 billion in gross development value, 1.3 million sq ft of projects, and sold out its debut launch in four days. In 2025, Amwaj International acquired an 18% stake at a US$100 million valuation.
Today he leads Mira Developments as Managing Director, with a team of 200+, while continuing to build Clédor toward its next chapter.
