Clédor, the Dubai development firm founded by Omar Gull, launched the first-ever Arthouse Hotel NYC branded residences outside the United States, an AED 400 million project on Al Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah, bringing the century-old Manhattan brand to the Middle East for its international debut.
