Developed by ADAAN Developments in partnership with Clédor and Tuscany Real Estate Development, the tower rises in Arjan, one of Dubai's fastest-growing communities, with homes priced from AED 869,888 for studios to AED 1,855,888 for two-bedroom units and handover targeted for Q4 2028.
