AVIAAN launched its first Dubai project, Arthouse Residences in Meydan, an AED 185 million development, with Clédor, the firm founded by Omar Gull, appointed as development management partner, extending the New York-based Arthouse branded residences portfolio deeper into the UAE.
The partnership pairs AVIAAN's investor-focused development approach with Clédor's 55+ years of combined management experience. “We are entrusted with the Arthouse brand in regional markets,” Omar said, as the collaboration builds on Clédor's role in bringing the Arthouse name to the Middle East.
