The Grand Unveiling drew more than 4,000 guests across two Dubai venues, far exceeding the 2,000 expected, with homes priced from AED 890,000 for studios, architecture by Marco Casamonti of Archea Associati, and delivery targeted for January 2029. “We saw an overwhelming response to Richmond District,” Omar said. “We expected around 2,000 guests, but more than 4,000 joined us.”
