Valores Residences, the flagship debut development in Al Furjan, celebrated a near-complete sell-out of its AED 150 million launch. The G+7 tower delivered 87 smart-home residences ranging from 692 to 2,237 sq ft and priced from AED 900,000 to AED 2.4 million, wrapped in wellness amenities and eco-conscious landscaped spaces designed to blend modern living with nature.
