AMIS launches AED 425M Woodland Residences, the UAE's first with branded surfaces

Property developer AMIS, where Omar Gull is Managing Partner, made its Dubai debut with The Woodland Residences, an AED 425 million, 220,000 sq ft villa development in District 11 of Meydan, twelve minutes from Downtown Dubai. In partnership with Laminam, the project became the UAE's first to integrate actual branded surfaces into its interiors, moving beyond the traditional branded-residence concept.

Each villa features a private pool, a private elevator and Burj Khalifa views, with exclusive access to a 100-metre swimmable lagoon and completion targeted for mid-2026. “We've gone beyond the traditional ‘branded residence' concept,” Omar said. “Integrating actual branded products into every villa embeds authenticity and real value within the architecture, setting a new standard for luxury real estate.” The development sold out within a week of launch.
